Step 1: Getting Started

Prepare list of items to move. To reduce extra time fees. ensure that all items are safely disconnected, packed and ready for loading.

Also, make sure that boxed items are neatly packed. Identify all fragile items and take note of the number of each item and boxed items category.

Step 2: Onboard as a Corporate Partner

Click on “BookNow” and select the Appropriate booking type suitable for your first moving project. Provide the source and destination of the Project.

Follow the instruction to Onbaord and Complete A quote for the selected Project Type

Step 3: Accept Quote Estimate

Review the quote and the estimate for completeness. Accept the quote estimate by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of Service.

Step 4: Make Payment

Make payment for the estimated amount in the quote. Use a valid payment credit card as we require a temporary reservation of funds on your card pending the final completion of your Project. Once your payment is confirmed, your project will be automatically placed on the Project Board for our Project Professionals.

Step 5: Get Project Professional Assigned

Once you make payment, your project will be available for the right project professional for pickup. Once your project is picked up, you can establish communication with the Project professionals for further instructions within the scope of the project.

Step 6: Confirm Project Execution Completed

Upon project completion, your will be notified and your will confirm the project completed and you may give the Project Professional Tips.
